Working principle:

This machine can be used alone or in conjunction with pill making machines and elevators. The hoist lifts the material and sends it into the hopper at the upper end of the pellet selection machine through the chute. The material naturally rolls down the spiral track by its own weight through the discharge port of the hopper. Through the uneven diameter spiral track, the material that meets the roundness is automatically separated from the unqualified product by the speed difference generated by the centrifugal force of the superior and inferior pellets. It enters the qualified product container and the unqualified product container respectively through the bottom sorting device. Thus achieving the goal of automatic sorting.

install and use:

To facilitate the movement of the pill selection machine, universal wheels are installed on the machine base. When the pill selection machine is working, it is necessary to adjust the bottom adjustment bolt to firmly fix the pill selection machine on the ground before it can work. Do not use the universal wheel as a support.

precautions:

1. Before any use, the pill selection machine must be securely installed before use.

2. It is strictly prohibited to touch the pellet selection machine with metal to avoid scratching the spiral track.

3. The size of the material flow is controlled by the insertion plate on the discharge port.
