A vacuum suction machine uses a vortex air pump to draw air, keeping the inlet of the suction nozzle and the entire system in a certain vacuum state. The powder particles are sucked into the nozzle along with the external air, forming a material airflow, which passes through the suction pipe to reach the hopper, where gas and material are separated. The separated materials enter the receiving equipment. Feeding and discharging are achieved through the continuous opening and closing of pneumatic three-way valves, which are controlled by the control center.The vacuum feeder is equipped with a compressed air blowback device. Each time the material is discharged, the compressed air pulse blowback the filter to knock down the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter, ensuring that the suction can operate normally.

2、 Debugging and installation
(1) Connect the power supply. The power supply should use a three-phase five wire cable because the control circuit requires "working 0", and for safety reasons, "protecting 0" is still needed. Another function of "protecting 0" is to eliminate the interference of static electricity generated during material transportation on the control chip, which may cause the control system to crash. Therefore, "protecting 0" must be connected.
(2) Insert a Φ 6 compressed air pipe into the system inlet, adjust the pressure reducing valve to ensure that the system pressure is maintained at 0.6M pa, and connect the compressed air joint on the trolley to the compressed air joint on the cylinder of the vacuum hopper according to the connecting pipe diagram.
(3) The hopper is usually fixed on the column of the vacuum pump trolley and can move up and down. Adjust the position of the hopper according to the height of the receiving equipment. When the hopper of the receiving equipment is high, a separate bracket is required to fix the hopper.
(4) Connect the suction nozzle to the hopper and the hopper to the vacuum pump with a hose, and tighten them with clamps.
(5) Connect the power, open the box door, and close the three-phase air switch. At this time, the control box's loading and discharging time displays will light up.
(6) Adjust the loading and unloading time. Set the feeding time to 10-30 seconds and the discharging time to 2-6 seconds by touching the increase and decrease buttons.
(7) Press the on/off button to start the vortex air pump, insert the suction nozzle into the material box, and then start feeding. Suction and discharge are one working cycle. The vacuum feeder will automatically cycle until the material in the receiving equipment hopper is filled.
(8) Press the on/off button to turn on the vortex air pump. Check the direction of the air pump. If there is no air discharged from the exhaust outlet, the motor should be reversed. Turn off the on/off button and switch the wiring phase sequence of the power supply until the air pump rotates correctly.
(9) During the material conveying process, significant static electricity may be generated due to friction. In order to eliminate static electricity, reliable grounding of the equipment casing should be considered.
(10) When the material level in the hopper of the receiving equipment is lower than the level switch, the pneumatic three-way valve automatically changes direction, and the system enters the suction discharge cycle again until the material in the hopper is full.
(11) The vacuum feeding machine adopts a new type of microporous membrane filter, which greatly improves the feeding capacity and service life of the machine. The proper cleaning of microporous membrane filters is crucial for the performance of vacuum feeders. We recommend following these steps when cleaning the microporous membrane filter rod:
A、 Natural drying or drying in an oven, with the oven temperature not exceeding 50 ℃. Only fully dried filters can be allowed to be installed back on the machine for use.
B、 Blow back the dust on the surface of the filter rod with compressed air.
C、 Rinse the surface of the filter rod with hot water not exceeding 80 ℃, or soak it for a certain period of time. Use a fine bristled brush to clean the surface of the filter rod. Be careful not to use a hard bristled brush to clean the surface of the filter rod, otherwise the surface of the filter rod will become fuzzy and affect its accuracy.

3、 Troubleshooting of vacuum feeding machine. If the system is found to be unable to load, follow the following procedure to check
(1) System leakage.
(2) The electromagnetic directional valve of the pneumatic three-way valve is malfunctioning.
(3) The power phase sequence is connected incorrectly, causing the vacuum pump to reverse.
(4) The main shut-off valve of the compressed air pipe is not open, the system has no compressed air, and the pneumatic three-way valve cannot work.
(5) The bag is severely clogged and needs to be cleaned or replaced.
(6) The rubber valve disc of the pneumatic three-way valve has ruptured.
(7) The control system has crashed. Turn off the power and restart. The reason for the crash is that the computer chip is interfered with, and in order to eliminate the interference, the device casing should be reliably grounded.
