1、 Performance characteristics of volumetric heat exchanger
(1) Characteristics:
1. Adopting small tube diameter heat exchange tube bundle, multiple channel and multiple return heat exchange; Especially suitable for solar energy systems
2. Raise the flow guide and obstruction device inside the tank, and improve the heat transfer coefficient;
3. Adopting a new type of heat exchange tube bundle, multiple processes, high utilization rate of heat medium, and energy saving;
4. The temperature drop of the heat medium is large, and a steam trap can be omitted. The outlet temperature of the heat medium water is about 55 ℃;
5. High heat exchange capacity, 1.2-2 times that of similar standard tanks;
6. The cold water area is small, with a capacity utilization rate of 90%;
7. The comprehensive performance is far superior to similar standard tanks, with high efficiency and energy saving.
2、 Design Instructions for Use
1. The outlet temperature of the heated water should not exceed 75 ℃. To delay scaling, the outlet temperature of the heated water should be controlled between 60-65 ℃.
2. The heat exchanger must be equipped with safety devices.
(1) Install a safety valve on the top of the heat exchanger, and the opening pressure of the safety valve should be the same as the "design pressure" value selected from "Table 1" to "Table 4" (to be declared when ordering the safety valve). The installation and use of the safety valve should comply with the provisions of the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels" issued by the State Administration for Quality and Technical Supervision.
(2) An expansion tank or pressure type expansion tank should be connected to the heat exchanger to withstand the expansion of water in the tank and system. In situations where conditions permit, an expansion pipe that allows air to pass through the top of the heat exchanger can also be installed.
(3) Heat exchangers should be regularly inspected during use, with at least one visual inspection conducted annually, at least one internal and external inspection conducted every three years, and at least one comprehensive inspection conducted every six years. The content and requirements of the inspection and testing should be carried out in accordance with the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels".
3. During the use of heat exchangers, scale should be regularly cleaned according to the quality and usage of the heated water. When the hardness of the water added is high, appropriate softening measures should be taken.

3、 Operating instructions
1. First, fill the heat exchanger and the entire hot water pipe network with cold water;
2. Turn on the hot water circulation pump in the pipeline network, and at the same time, open the valves on the inlet and outlet pipes of the heat medium. Then open the temperature control valve to put it into operation, evenly heating the cold water in the heat exchanger and pipeline network to the set temperature, and putting the system into normal operation. (Note: Before opening the temperature control valve, it should be ensured that impurities in the heat medium pipeline are completely removed.).
