The material of the upper roller is 45 # steel forging, quenched and tempered HB245-285, and sliding bearings are installed on the bearing seats at both ends of the upper roller.
The upper roller sliding bearing is made of SF-2 composite material.
The pressing device is powered by a secondary motor and transmits torque mechanically through a reducer, worm gear, and screw nut, driving the upper roller to move up and down. The material of the worm gear and nut is zinc based alloy ZA27; The worm gear material is a 45 # forging, which has undergone quenching and tempering treatment HB245-285.

The lower roller device consists of a lower roller, a lower roller bearing seat, a lower roller open gear, a lower roller sliding bearing, etc. The lower roller is the active roller, which is driven by the main transmission output gear, the lower roller open gear, and the transmission torque of the lower roller.
The material of the lower roller is 45 # steel forging, which has undergone quenching and tempering treatment HB245-285; The material of the lower roller gear is 45 # steel, which has undergone quenching and tempering treatment HB245-285, and the tooth surface has undergone high-frequency quenching treatment HRC45-50.
The lower roller sliding bearing is made of SF-2 composite material.
