The rollers on this machine can be vertically and horizontally moved, with hydraulic transmission for vertical lifting;
★ Horizontal movement is achieved through the action of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder on the piston rod. Torque is transmitted through the worm gear box, worm gear, worm, and screw mother mechanism to drive the horizontal movement of the upper roller, while the lower roller only rotates to provide torque for the rolling plate. The lower part of the lower roller is equipped with a support roller and an adjustable joint, and the upper roller has a drum shape to improve the straightness of the product;
★ Suitable for rolling various cross-sectional shapes of tank bodies for trailers.
