W4-68 High Temperature Centrifugal Fan

1. Purpose:

The W4-68 high-temperature centrifugal fan is suitable for conveying high-temperature gases that are non corrosive and have a maximum temperature not exceeding 400 ℃. If the gas has a high dust content, a dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan and improve the service life of the fan.

2. Form

(1) This fan is a single suction intake, and an adjustable valve can be set at the inlet end of the fan.

（2）When viewed from the side of the electric motor, the volute rotates clockwise and is called a right cyclone, represented by 'right';voluteTurning counterclockwise is called a left cyclone. Represented by 'left'.The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The adjustment range of the air outlet position is 0 °~225 °; The interval is 45 °, please specify when placing an order.

(3) The transmission mode of the fan is DType transmission refers to the direct transmission of the motor to the fan shaft through a coupling.

3. Structural characteristics

(1) The impeller is made of heat-resistant stainless steel plate welded together, and has undergone dynamic and static balance correction and overspeed testing. It has good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.

(2) The casing is made of steel plate and processed into an Archimedean spiral shape using a CNC laser cutting machinevolute，Fixed on the bracket by welding.

(3) The transmission part is composed of components such as the main shaft and water-cooled bearing box.
