Product features:
1. This machine adopts advanced hydraulic integrated valve blocks. Compact structure reduces pipeline connections, improves system reliability and ease of maintenance.
2. The bending machine adopts parallel oil cylinders. To ensure precise positioning of the slider at the bottom dead center, a mechanical stopper mechanism is set inside the oil cylinder, which is adjusted by a motor. The synchronization of the slider during the stroke adopts a mechanical synchronization mechanism, which has a simple structure, stability and reliability, and is easy to maintain.
3. The stroke of the bending machine slider can be infinitely adjusted.
4. The bending machine mold is made of alloy steel through forging, milling, heat treatment, grinding and other processing. The upper mold adopts multiple short molds connected into a whole long mold, which has high precision and good interchangeability. Easy to load and unload features.
5. Standard configuration includes a simple CNC rear stop material, E21 system, and the rear stop material can be positioned.
