Product Introduction

This water quality automatic sampler is applied to surface water, wastewater and other occasions, and is used in conjunction with a water quality automatic analyzer. Meet the latest environmental standards such as "Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Automatic Water Quality Samplers" (HJ 372-2007) and "Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Automatic Water Quality Samplers for Exceeding Standards". It can achieve functions such as mixed sample supply, excess sample retention, AB mixing bucket, and self emptying.

The core components such as sampling pump, distribution unit, retention bottle, and control unit are all independently produced by our company, with a lower price than similar products.

High stability

1. Adopting imported long-life peristaltic pump tubing.

2. Add a specially designed fixator (patent number: 2020113755664) to ensure that the sampling tube does not experience violent oscillation during sampling, which may affect the system's lifespan.

3. The independently developed and produced long-life peristaltic pump (patent number: 2021104511059) has high coaxiality, ensuring uniform compression in all directions of the pump tube and extending its service life.

4. The constant temperature unit adopts mainstream domestic equipment to ensure stable performance.

5. Pipeline and circuit separation design ensures that the instrument does not burn out the control circuit due to water splashing problems.

Strong adaptability

In response to the limitations of installation location for similar products, our company has added pipe pressure sensors, micro booster pumps, etc. to form a feedback loop. When drainage is not smooth due to terrain height or other reasons, the micro booster pump can be sensed and activated internally by the system to ensure normal drainage and reduce instrument failure rate.

For applications with high impurities such as sewage treatment plant imports, our company refers to various filtration principles and customizes specialized long-lasting filters to ensure long-term operation of the instrument.
