Product Introduction
The WDW-S series digital electronic universal testing machine has the characteristics of compact structure, simplicity and ease of use, and can be applied to force testing of materials such as tension, compression, bending, shear, peeling, tearing, etc. The crossbeam in the host is guided by high-precision guide rods, which have high rigidity and good linear motion characteristics. Rich fixtures, load sensors, deformation measurement sensors and other accessories can almost meet all customer needs. The experimental solutions cover plastics, metals, automotive industry, building materials, textiles, paper and cardboard, food and packaging, composite materials, etc.

The middle crossbeam is guided by four guide rods and a graphite self-lubricating sleeve. The strong guiding light bar increases the lateral rigidity of the equipment, ensuring linear motion of the crossbeam. It can achieve precise alignment of cross shaped streets, reduce differences in measurement data, and produce good overall accuracy;
Controller features
Automatic shutdown: After the sample is damaged, the moving crossbeam automatically stops moving;
Automatic display: Throughout the entire testing process, the LCD displays the test force, peak value, displacement, and velocity in real-time;
Automatic return: After the experiment is completed, the testing machine moves the crossbeam and automatically returns to the initial position of the experiment;
Fracture judgment: After the sample fractures, the moving crossbeam automatically stops moving;
Limit protection: It has two levels of mechanical and programmable limit protection functions;
Overload protection: When the load exceeds 3-5% of the rated value, the equipment automatically stops working
Automatic calculation: Enter the diameter of the sample (round bar); Automatic calculation of area for width, thickness (flat material), sample gauge length, etc;
