Product Introduction
The WDW microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine has the characteristics of compact structure, simplicity and ease of use, and can be applied to force testing of materials such as tension, compression, bending, shear, peeling, tearing, etc. The crossbeam in the host is guided by high-precision guide rods, which have high rigidity and good linear motion characteristics. Rich fixtures, load sensors, deformation measurement sensors and other accessories can almost meet all customer needs.
The supporting flexible and easy-to-use testing software makes the user testing process easier. The experimental solutions cover plastics, metals, automotive industry, building materials, textiles, paper and cardboard, food and packaging, composite materials, etc.

The precision cross joint connection ensures the neutrality of the sample clamping, reduces the difference in measurement data, and has good overall accuracy.

Based on the high-end industrial control field, SOC high-end microprocessors serve as the system platform, integrating measurement and control into one, with more powerful functions and stable performance;
Adopting a fully digital control system with three closed loops of force, deformation, and displacement, the control loops automatically switch between each other and transition smoothly. The control algorithm adopts advanced neuron adaptive PID control algorithm, which does not require tedious PID parameter settings, and beginners can easily complete professional experimental tasks;
Four 24 bit A/D high-precision data acquisition channels, combined with advanced digital filtering technology, enable more accurate, stable, and reliable data acquisition;
2-channel high-speed photoelectric encoder (5MHz) signal acquisition channel, with the option to use more measurement accessories for outputting optical code signals;
One controller can be configured with up to 4 force sensors and 8 electronic extensometers;
Using 10M Ethernet as the data interface to facilitate the expansion of various measurement accessories;
Adopting large-scale programmable digital integrated circuit design, it has small size, low power consumption, less heat generation, and more stable and reliable working characteristics.
