The WE-D series digital hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for testing the mechanical properties of metal materials such as tension, compression, bending, and shear. After adding simple testing fixtures, it is also possible to test transmission chains, mining three ring chains, high-strength bolt pairs, as well as cement, concrete, rubber and their products.
The main unit of this machine is a four column, double screw, and oil cylinder bottom mounted structure, and the control oil source is a cabinet type oil source control cabinet. The stretching space is located above the host, and the compression, bending, and shear tests are located below the host, between the crossbeam and the workbench. The adjustment of the experimental space is achieved by moving the middle crossbeam, and the lifting of the middle crossbeam is driven by a chain. Adjust the oil inlet of the oil delivery valve to achieve material tensile, compression, bending and other tests. After the test is completed, the tensile strength, yield strength and other test results of the material can be automatically calculated and printed.

5. The specially designed jaw seat prevents damage caused by the horn shaped deformation of the jaw seat, thereby improving the service life of the equipment;
6. The jaw adopts a dovetail groove structure with a hardness of up to 58-62HRC, which has the advantages of easy installation, sturdy and durable;
7. The measurement and control system has fast running speed, gentle interface, and multiple sample information input modes, which can meet the testing needs of different materials; 8. The sample information input is convenient, and multiple sample tests can be completed with the same sample information input at once;
9. The precision of the test force display is high, and the resolution of the test force display remains unchanged throughout the entire process to ensure the accuracy of experimental data measurement;
10. The experimental data (experimental force, loading rate) and experimental curve are dynamically displayed in real-time on the screen during the experimental process;
11. When the load exceeds 3-5% of the full range, the automatic overload protection will shut down.
