Weike MeituoThe WKT-A7 precision fully automatic trace moisture analyzer adopts internationally imported chips and integrates multiple advanced production technologies from our company. The measurement principle is the world-renowned classic moisture detection method [Karl Fischer Coulomb method], with 5 built-in moisture calculation display modes. The measurement results are automatically stored and printed, with 500 stored data. It can quickly measure the moisture of gases, liquids, and solids. The blank current automatic deduction function and high current local compensation function greatly improve the testing accuracy and user experience of the instrument, and have been widely praised by users.

Operation steps:
① After installing the instrument accessories according to the instructions, turn on the instrument
② Click the "Settings" button according to the instructions to select different project settings, and press the "Confirm" button to save
③ Press the "Stir" button and wait for the electrolyte to balance before using the sampler for injection
After injecting the sample by pressing the "Start" button, the instrument will automatically perform the test. After the test is completed, the buzzer will sound and the display screen will indicate "Test has ended"

Precautions


1、 Cannot display normally
Please check if the power connection wire, fuse, and power switch of the instrument are functioning properly.
2、 The instrument displays iodine
1. Evaluate whether the reagent is over iodine. If so, use a 0.5 microliter sampler to extract 0.2-0.4 microliters of water and inject it. Do not use an injector of 50 microliters or larger for injection.
2. Check whether the platinum wire at the bottom of the measuring electrode is connected together, causing a short circuit.
3、 The instrument shows an open circuit
Check if the measuring electrode is in good contact and re insert it firmly. Check if the connecting wire is broken.
4、 Open electrolysis without counting
Check if the electrolytic electrode is in good contact, unplug and plug it again, and check if the connecting wire is broken.
5、 Electrolysis does not end
Check if the reagent has expired.
