WLDH series horizontal screw belt mixer

(1) Structural characteristics of screw belt mixer:

Composed of a U-shaped container, spiral stirring blades, and transmission components; The U-shaped long cylinder structure ensures low resistance movement of the mixed material (powder, semi fluid) inside the cylinder. The forward and reverse rotating spiral bars are installed on the same horizontal axis to create a low-power and high-efficiency mixing environment. The spiral shaped blades are generally made into double or triple layers, with the outer spiral collecting the material from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral conveying the material from the center to both sides, which can create more vortices in the flow of the material. Accelerated mixing speed and improved mixing uniformity;

(2) Discharge method of screw belt mixer:

The powder material adopts a large door structure, which has the advantages of fast unloading and no residue; For high fineness materials or semi fluid materials, manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves are used. For small-sized mixers, a reducer direct connection method is used, which has a simple structure, high operational reliability, and easy maintenance. The large-scale mixer is driven by a pulley driven cycloidal reducer, and the elastic connection of the belt transmission has the advantage of protecting the transmission components in case of overload.

(3) Scope of application of screw belt mixer:

Applied to the mixing of solid (i.e. powder to powder) and slurry (i.e. powder to slurry) in pesticides, veterinary drugs, food, chemicals, biology, aquaculture, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, compound fertilizers, etc., it is particularly suitable for mixing viscous materials.
