The WX type microporous plate muffler is a dual cavity structure with a wide absorption frequency band. It has a relatively flat and large noise reduction effect for each frequency band, especially for the low-frequency part, which is superior to impedance composite mufflers using fibrous sound-absorbing materials.

This series of mufflers is matched with corresponding series of flange diameters according to the common ventilation duct specifications (square, rectangular, circular) in various regions. The effective length is generally 2000mm. It can also be produced according to user requirements, and several sections can be connected in series in the middle according to the requirements of noise reduction. The flow rate of the muffler is generally ≤ 15m/s.

Note:

1. If a larger specification muffler is needed, it can be designed and manufactured according to the flange dimensions listed in China's standard air ducts;

2. The flange width of galvanized steel sheet air ducts shall be made according to the 2002 specifications, and the flange degree of glass magnesium air ducts shall be made according to 50mm;

3. In order to maintain consistency with the installation dimensions of the user, if the user does not specify, the flange will not be punched.
