This device can be installed on the wall and is designed to continuously, automatically, and effectively produce high-quality distilled water at low economic costs.
General operating procedure: Raw water enters the bottom end of the condenser tube, circulates along the condenser tube, and finally enters the evaporator pot. The height of the water in the evaporator pot is pre-set by the overflow dam. The descending steam in the condenser tube preheats the rising raw water inside the column, which is more economical and allows the discharged material to dissolve inside. The distillation kettle is designed so that the discharged gas can enter the atmosphere through the outlet.
The steam generated in the evaporator reaches the condenser through the baffle device. The guide plate is installed to change the direction of steam three times before entering the condenser tube. This method can prevent the entrainment of raw water, which is the main cause of chemical or organic softening (degradation) in distilled water. If it works normally, it can obtain water without heat source. The evaporator, condenser, overflow dam, and internal guide plate are all made of stainless steel. The outer cover and inner baffle cap are made of high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass, and all electrical components are installed with protective cut-off.
