The water collection device includes a water pump, pipelines, power supply flow rate regulating device, pressure and flow monitoring equipment and regulating valves, protective pipes, and corresponding detection, control, and driving electrical circuits. The system should adopt a dual tube dual pump design, with one in use and one backup. Water intake protection and warning signs are installed. Use national standard cables and imported products for valves, with a service life of no less than 300000 times

The water distribution device meets the requirements of the analytical instrument for sample water flow rate and pressure.
The water distribution device adopts a series structure of main pipelines and a non blocking filtering device with open and expandable features.
For the convenience of system maintenance, all instrument water intake pipelines are equipped with bypass systems.

Overall design of water collection
The sampling head should float 0.5-1.0 meters below the water surface and have sufficient distance from the bottom of the water body (dry season>1 meter) to ensure that it is not affected by sediment at the bottom of the water body.
The water collection system must adopt a dual pump and dual pipeline design, which can serve as backups for each other and facilitate maintenance and repair.
★ High quality submersible pumps, self-priming pumps, or submersible sewage pumps should be selected for the water collection pump to effectively prevent blockages. The flow rate of the water collection pump should be ensured to be at least 3T/h; When the outdoor water collection pipeline exceeds 100 meters, the cable of the water collection pump should be selected with a diameter twice that of the pump line to avoid pressure drop.
The water collection system should ensure that water can be collected normally without interruption in the river (with no water in the upstream and downstream 50 meters of the water collection point).
The water collection location can be dynamically adjusted according to the changes in the location of the river during the wet and dry seasons.
The wharf type water harvesting method must ensure firmness and stability, and be able to withstand the impact of floods without being damaged.
The water collection device should have a cleaning and blowback system to prevent the generation of algae and avoid affecting water quality.
The water intake should have anti blocking measures.
Display the water intake status through flow or pressure and be able to sound an alarm.
The water collection system pipeline and circuit should be installed separately, and the material of the water collection pipeline must ensure that it does not affect water quality changes. Necessary waterproof, anti pressure, and anti freezing protection measures should be taken outside the pipeline. Wires should be installed with sleeves, and the depth of burial of the water collection pipeline and circuit should not be less than 80 centimeters. Steel sleeves must be added when passing through the road.
All pipelines in the substation building are made of polished stainless steel or PVC pipes, both inside and outside. Before installation, the pipelines should be cleaned thoroughly, with a reasonable flow path design for easy disassembly and cleaning, and equipped with sufficient movable joints.
