compressor

Selected original imported branded fully enclosed reciprocating/vortex compressors. Good performance and low noise. According to customer needs and the size of the cooling capacity, single or multiple machine combinations can be used. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to load changes, balancing the operating hours of each compressor and greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit.

evaporator

The evaporator coil is equipped with efficient slotted fins and internally threaded copper tubes, which have high heat exchange efficiency and good stability.

condenser

The condenser uses copper pipes imported from Germany and Japan, processed into trapezoidal low ribbed tubes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The inner surface of the copper tube is smooth, reducing water pressure and making it easy to clean and maintain.

Protector

The protection system devices include: temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protector, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector, and abnormal indicator light.

Computer control system

Kaideli Company has developed a highly intelligent PLC and PC level computer control system, which can be used for remote monitoring and control. Easy to operate, connected to the power supply, low failure rate, high safety factor, and easy installation. The system control can be adjusted in real-time, intuitive and reliable.

Box board

The box plate of the fully enclosed chiller unit is precision machined by CNC punching machine, using electrostatic powder baking paint, with a luxurious and beautiful appearance. The inner wall of the box is covered with insulation material and sound-absorbing.
