For this type of acid mist waste gas, based on past production and manufacturing experience, there are two electroplating waste gas treatment solutions:
1、 Waste gas source → Efficient absorption tower (absorbs dust and particulate matter to provide excellent operating environment for photocatalysis. Acid mist waste gas is collected by suction hood and suction pipe and blown into the purification tower by induced draft fan, flowing from bottom to top. After incomplete absorption, the waste gas continues to flow upward to the absorption liquid of the third stage spray for further contact and reaction.
