Product Description:
What is a household FFU purifier?
FFU fan filtration units are generally used in clean rooms and workshops, with a filtration accuracy of 0.3um, reaching 99.99% or more. Nowadays, due to air pollution, there are also many household air purifiers, so we call them home FFU purifiers. Home FFU purifiers are currently the cheapest air purifiers on the market, with much higher cost-effectiveness than home air purifiers, large dust holding capacity, low noise, and excellent filtration effect.
The detection of PM2.5, PM1.0, and PM10 at the outlet of the household FFU purifier is always 0!
Home FFU purifiers may have some odors in the early stages of use, which will disappear on their own after a period of time. People who are sensitive to odors should be cautious when taking photos!
The A and B household FFU purifiers both use plastic impellers. The difference is that the volume of the A household FFU purifier is half that of the B household FFU purifier, while the C household FFU purifier uses a new type of rubber wheel. Compared with the A and B models, except for the shape of the impeller, the maximum motor speed of the B household FFU purifier is 90W (formerly 120W), and the maximum motor speed of the C model is 120W.

D. The noise level of the E household FFU purifier is 45 ± 3 decibels in low gear and 52 ± 3 decibels in high gear. Some friends may not have an intuitive concept of this value. What does 45 decibels sound like from an auditory perspective? In some software for measuring noise, the descriptive language displayed at 45 and 52 decibels is' ordinary indoor conversation ', while the noise level of the C model is slightly lower than that of the D and E models, about 42 ± 3. From my personal experience, the D and E household FFU purifiers sound like the floor standing electric fan used in the past when they are low-end, and a bit like the sound of a range hood when they are high-end. But when used at home, if the haze is severe, the high-end usually only needs to be turned on for half an hour. Switching to the low-end mode can effectively purify the air without the need for long-term high-end operation.
In addition, it should be noted that an effective household FFU purifier must have sound. To achieve 99.99% purification effect, there must be a certain amount of air pressure and sufficient motor power. Otherwise, either the purification time will be long or the purification efficiency will not meet the standard!
If you still have any questions about the noise of household FFU purifiers, you can call us for consultation, and we are willing to further explain for you.
The household FFU purifier originates from industrial equipment, and its noise level is slightly higher than that of ordinary purifiers. With sufficient air volume, the effect is absolutely powerful. A room of over 100 square meters can be purified in just over an hour, which is considered optimal. The calculation is as follows:
According to international standards, the indoor air exchange rate is 5 (i.e. filtering 5 times every 60 minutes and 1 time every 12 minutes), with a room area of S=100 square meters and a room height of H=2.8m. Therefore, the indoor air capacity is
F=100 × 60 × 2.8/12=1400m3, which means that if the air volume of the purifier is 1400 m3/h, then in a 100 square meter room, all the air will be purified 5 times per hour.
Assuming that PM2.5 is initially 100,
After 12 minutes, it will be 50,
After 24 minutes, it will be 25,
After 36 minutes, it is 12.5,
After 48 minutes, it will be 6,
After 60 minutes, it will be 3,
One hour is enough.
The air volume of a household FFU purifier is 1200 m3/h, which means that in a room of 100 square meters, the indoor air can be purified 5 times in just over an hour. The above is a simplified algorithm for reference only.
Recently, a customer asked if there are household FFU purifiers with PP filter materials. In the purification field, PP filter plates are called sub high efficiency filter plates, and their filtration effect is far inferior to that of fiberglass. The efficiency cannot reach 99%, and they can only filter slightly larger particles, so this product is not sold.
