The clean air blown out can remove the dust carried by people and goods, effectively blocking or reducing the entry of dust sources into the clean area. The front and rear doors of the air shower room are electronically interlocked and can also serve as air locks to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean area.

Human use air shower room refers to an air shower room specifically used for personnel entering the clean workshop to blow air, while material use air shower room refers to an air shower room specifically used for goods entering the clean workshop to blow air.

The high-tech intelligent voice air shower room is equipped with a voice prompt system. When people are blowing, the automatic voice system prompts them to complete the entire blowing and dust removal process in an orderly manner. The humanized voice prompt gives people a friendly feeling and achieves effective purification effect. After efficient filtration, the high-speed clean airflow can be rotated and sprayed onto people/goods, effectively and quickly removing dust particles carried by people/goods from non clean areas.

>>Entering the clean area:
When personnel entering the clean area open the outer door, the electric lock of the inner door automatically locks to prevent unpurified air from flowing into the clean area. The lighting of the air shower room lights up, and the working indicator light outside the door lights up.
After entering the air shower room and closing the outer door, the voice prompt reads: "Hello, please stand in the sensing area". The infrared probe of the system starts to detect whether there is someone. If someone is detected, the system will immediately enter the air shower process.
1.3 Before the air shower, lock the inner and outer doors, start the air shower by starting the fan, and at the same time, start the countdown for the air shower. Voice prompt: "Working, please rotate your body 360 degrees".
If the system fails to detect anyone in the air shower room within the specified time after the outer door is closed, it will return to standby mode.
During the 1.5 air shower process, if someone presses the up, down, or lighting switch, the voice will prompt: "Working, please do not touch the switch casually".
During the air shower process, if someone presses the emergency stop switch, the air shower will end. Press the emergency stop button again to cancel the emergency stop status.
After the 1.7 air shower is completed, the inner door is unlocked and the voice prompt reads: "The air shower is finished, please exit through the rear door".
After personnel exit the air shower room and close the inner door, the system returns to its initial state and waits for the next use.
1.9 After the air shower is completed and the inner door is unlocked. If the personnel inside did not leave the air shower room within the specified time, the system will assume that the person may have left and automatically return to standby mode.
After the lighting is turned on, if it is not triggered again within the specified time, it will automatically turn off.
>>Leaving the clean area:
2.1 Open the inner door, the electric lock of the outer door locks, the air shower room lighting lights up, and the work indicator light is on;
2.2 People enter the air shower room, close the inner door, and the system begins to detect if anyone is in the room. If no one is detected within the specified time, the inner and outer doors will be unlocked;
2.3 If someone is detected, the system will lock the inner door when the personnel open the outer door. When the outer door is closed, the system will return to its initial state;
2.4 In case of special circumstances, personnel can choose to return to the clean area. The system will wait for personnel to open the inner door, and the outer door will be electrically locked. When the inner door is closed, the system will return to its initial state;
After the outer door is opened, if no one is detected within the specified time, if the outer door is opened first, the system will enter the clean area process; If the inner door is opened first at this time, the system will enter the process of leaving the clean area
After the lighting is turned on, if it is not triggered again within the set time, it will automatically turn off.
