Concrete thermometer configuration:
The host can be connected to temperature probes or temperature wires separately to form a temperature measurement system, which can be flexibly configured according to on-site needs and the number of temperature measurement points.
1. Host
The host is a portable instrument equipped with a power switch, lighting switch, socket, and LCD display screen. It can digitally display the measured temperature value and has a night temperature reading illumination function. To prevent dust, moisture, and bumps, a thin film touch switch and a strap type instrument cover with good sealing performance are used. The bracket behind the host can also be opened and placed on the desktop for use.
2. Temperature probe
The temperature probe is made of a plug, wire, handle, and a metal tube with an outer diameter of φ 5mmX220mm. The front end of the tube is encapsulated with a temperature sensor, which is suitable for measuring the temperature of materials and clinker.
3. Temperature measuring line
The embedded temperature measuring wire is made of plugs, wires, and temperature sensors, suitable for measuring the internal temperature of concrete. Each temperature measuring wire can measure one temperature point, and temperature measuring points can be arranged arbitrarily during construction. For the convenience of layered temperature measurement, each plug of the temperature measuring wire is labeled with a corresponding length specification.
Detailed introduction of concrete thermometer
1. Measure material temperature with host and temperature probe
Insert the plug of the temperature probe into the host socket, press the power switch, and insert the metal rod of the temperature probe into the measured object, with a depth of not less than 1/2 of its length. After about two minutes, read the temperature data on the host. When measuring the temperature of the mixture, in order to avoid excessive impact between the temperature probe and the hard objects in the mixture, which may affect the service life, a metal rod can be used to reserve a hole in the mixture first, and then the temperature probe can be inserted into the hole for temperature measurement. After each use, the temperature probe should be wiped clean.
2. Measure the temperature of large volume concrete using a host and temperature measuring cable
After the construction temperature measurement plan is determined, appropriate length and specifications of temperature measurement lines should be selected based on the number and depth of temperature measurement points. For example, if the actual temperature measurement point depth is 0.2m to 0.3m, a temperature measurement line with a specification of 0.5m can be selected; The actual temperature measurement point depth is 2.5m-2.8m, and a temperature measurement line with a specification of 3m can be selected, and so on. When embedding, steel bars and other rods can be used as supports, and the temperature measurement line should be tied to the support according to the distance between the longitudinal temperature measurement points. The temperature sensor and the support should be insulated. When pouring concrete, insert the support with the temperature measuring wire tied into the concrete, place the temperature sensor at the temperature measuring point, leave the plug outside the concrete and cover it with a plastic bag to avoid moisture and keep it clean. For ease of operation, the length of the wire left outside should be greater than 20cm. When measuring temperature, press the power switch of the host, insert the temperature measurement cable plug into the host socket, and the temperature of the corresponding temperature measurement point will be displayed on the host display screen.
3. Measure the temperature of winter construction concrete using a host and temperature measurement line
When pouring concrete, reserve temperature measurement holes according to the winter construction temperature measurement plan, place a temperature measurement wire in each hole, leave the plug of the temperature measurement wire outside the hole and cover it with a plastic bag to avoid moisture and keep it clean. When measuring temperature, press the power switch of the host, insert the temperature measurement cable plug into the host socket, and the temperature of the corresponding temperature measurement point will be displayed on the host display screen. After each stage of temperature measurement is completed, store the temperature measurement line for future use. The temperature measuring wire can also be buried in concrete for one-time use. 4. The use of night temperature reading and lighting function

In construction, large volume concrete refers to concrete with common characteristics: thick structure, large amount of concrete, complex engineering conditions, and high construction technology requirements. Due to the possibility of temperature deformation caused by cement hydration heat, corresponding technical measures must be taken to minimize cracking caused by temperature deformation as much as possible. As is well known, the problems that generally occur with large volume concrete are not mechanical structural issues, but rather cracks caused by temperature changes, which lead to a decrease in the impermeability, crack resistance, and erosion resistance of the concrete, affecting the durability of the entire structure.
In practical work, the temperature change process of large volume concrete can be divided into three stages: heating period, cooling period, and stable period. A large amount of experimental data shows that the temperature of concrete is in the rising stage 1-3 days after pouring, and the temperature inside the concrete mostly occurs within 3-5 days after pouring. After 5 days, the temperature of concrete is in the declining stage. Therefore, the temperature change of concrete should be closely observed within 1-5 days after pouring, with temperature measurement every 2-4 hours and every 6-8 hours after 5 days. At the same time, the atmospheric temperature should be measured until no measures are taken and the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces can be controlled within the required range of the specifications. In addition, when measuring the temperature at different depths and surfaces inside the concrete, all measuring points should be numbered, and the temperature measurement records should be promptly submitted to the technical director of the construction site for signature, so that corresponding measures can be taken in a timely manner to control the temperature changes of the concrete.
Large volume concrete thermometerOperation points:
1. Select appropriate temperature measuring wires according to the number and depth of temperature measurement points. The temperature measuring wires are pre embedded with steel bars as supports. First, tie the temperature measuring wires to the steel bars. The temperature sensing elements of the temperature measuring wires should be located at the temperature measuring points and should not be in direct contact with the steel bars.
2. Before pouring concrete, insert the steel bars with temperature measuring wires tied in place into the concrete, leave the plugs outside, and cover them with plastic bags to avoid moisture and keep them clean. For ease of operation, the length of the temperature measuring wires left outside should be greater than 20cm, and they should be tied in order of top, middle, and bottom.
3. When conducting wireless temperature measurement: Insert the temperature measurement cable plug left outside into the wireless collector socket, and the wireless thermometer host can display the temperature of each measuring point simultaneously. When conducting wired temperature measurement: Press the switch of the thermometer host, insert the plugs of each measuring point into the host socket in sequence, and the corresponding measuring point temperature will be displayed on the host screen.
4. Carefully record and analyze temperature measurement data, and promptly report the results to the commissioning unit.
