1、 Product Overview:
This device is mainly used for wires and cables that are difficult to ignite and have the ability to prevent or delay the spread of flames, usually referring to wires and cables that can pass the GB/T 18380.3 (equivalent to IEC60332-3) test;
This wire and cable fire resistance hammer testing integrated machine is designed and manufactured in full accordance with the requirements of BS6387 and the national standard GB/T19216; This product maximizes the cost savings for customers on multiple electrical control boxes; Three types of tests can be conducted on the basis of an electrical control box;
The system adopts a touch screen microcomputer control system; Various experiments can be freely selected on the screen;
The hammer test bench can also achieve automatic ignition or manual auxiliary ignition; The flame temperature can reach above 950 degrees.

3、 Technical parameters:
1. The burner is a belt type propane gas spray lamp with a Venturi mixer, with a nozzle length of 500mm and a width of 15mm, equipped with a Venturi mixer;
2. Three rows of staggered combustion holes, with a width of 15mm at the front end of the burner; Hole diameter: 1.32mm, hole center distance: 3.2mm;
3. Two rows of guide holes are set on each side of the nozzle plate to maintain flame combustion;
4. Imported with dual flow meters and pressure regulation;
5. Air flow rate (80 ± 5) L/min; Propane flow rate (5 ± 0.25) L/min;
6. Equipped with a temperature measuring device with a diameter of 2mm; (K-type thermocouple);
7. One end of the sample rack is equipped with a clamp to fix the sample, and the other end facilitates the longitudinal transfer of heat along the sample;
8. The cable sample is supported by two metal rings with a middle length of approximately 300mm;
9. The inner diameter of the metal ring supported by the sample is 150mm, and the diameter of the ring cross-section is 10 ± 2mm;

13. Equipped with intelligent detection function, when the sample experiences a short circuit during the testing process, it will automatically sound an alarm and turn off the fire source;

16. The power supply for the sample can be adjusted from AV 100V to 1000V;
