Product Overview
The SZ901SZ902 integrated wireless power diagram sensor is a continuous measurement of the tension and displacement data of the sucker rod within one cycle of the pumping unit, and ultimately forms a closed graph. Use this graphic to reflect the condition of the oil well. It is installed on the light pole, and the measured power diagram data is uploaded to the wireless gateway through a 2.4G network.
● Split type wireless power diagram sensor. The SZ907 wireless angular displacement sensor is used to measure the angle changes of the pumping unit (pump), and is usually used in conjunction with a wireless load sensor to measure the power diagram of low impulse oil wells and coalbed methane wells. The SZ908 wireless load sensor is used to measure changes in the load of the pumping unit (pump) and is used in conjunction with the SZ907 to form a success chart. Usually used for coalbed methane wells or oil wells with low impulse and small stroke.
The SZ903/SZ903D wireless pressure gauge and SZ905/SZ905D wireless temperature gauge are new sensors that integrate high-precision signal measurement, wireless RF, and routing networking technology. It can measure pressure signals of various media and transmit the signals to the wireless gateway module through a 2.4G network. It has the characteristics of no wiring, long working time, and investment savings.
The SZ904 wireless torque sensor is used to measure parameters such as torque, load, and speed of rotating devices (such as screw pump pumping unit well rotating light rod), and the collected signals are converted into digital signals for communication through 2.4G wireless network and wireless gateway.

The naming of various models of wireless instruments is divided into the following two formats based on product characteristics:
1、 Format 1: SZ90X XXXXX, applicable to SZ901, SZ902, SZ902N, SZ903D, SZ904, SZ905D, SZ907, SZ908. The meanings represented by each part of the model are shown in the following figure:


For example, if the model is SZ901 3 4 3 2 3, it means that the range is 50KN, the accuracy is 1%, the wireless communication is Zigbee (four signal) mode, the hardware version is V1.8 (1611 chip), and the software version is a wireless load sensor that supports the four standardization protocol.
2、 Format 2: SZ90X XXXXXXXX, applicable to SZ903 and SZ905, the meanings represented by each part of the model are shown in the following figure:

Note: Pounds per square inch is a British unit, which is pounds per square inch. 1MPa=145psi, 1psi=6.895kPa

For example, if the model is SZ903 9 4 1 2 1 1 1 1 1 1, it means a gauge pressure transmitter with a range of 2.0MPa, accuracy of 0.5%, and wireless communication using Zigbee, with pressure units of MPa or kPa. The supported explosion-proof type is intrinsic safety explosion-proof, and the shell material is cast aluminum. It is powered by a 7.2V battery pack.
