Realize wireless meter reading of flow meters, which is convenient and reliable, greatly reducing the labor cost of gas companies and improving work efficiency.
● It realizes wireless remote transmission of flowmeter data, integrates real-time acquisition unit and GPRS/CDMA DTU wireless communication module, and has built-in TCP MODBUS industrial standard wireless protocol. It can be integrated with various configuration software to form a gas pipeline SCADA system, such as 3D force control, sub control, and SEAT group software.
●Equipped with RS485/RS232 communication interface, it can be connected to various flow meters to collect the total amount of flow meter standard conditions, total operating conditions, real-time flow, temperature, pressure, battery power and other data.
●Embedded with communication protocols from most domestic and foreign manufacturers' flow meters, communication can be achieved through handheld operation by setting the corresponding manufacturer's protocol and flow meter instrument address, facilitating on-site operation and debugging.
●It is possible to upload status information related to the collector, such as its external power supply status and matching lithium battery power information.
●The relevant alarm information is automatically uploaded. When the collected flow rate, temperature, and pressure of the flowmeter exceed the set normal range, the alarm information can be automatically uploaded to the management center.
●Built in clock system, with an error of less than 1 second per day, and also has the function of remote automatic clock calibration.
●Equipped with 3 switch input interfaces, it collects signals such as access control switches, making gas usage on site safer and more controllable.
●Intelligent anti disconnection, supporting online detection, online maintenance, automatic redialing when disconnected, ensuring timely data upload of devices.
●Support local software upgrade via serial port, with wireless remote (GSM/GPRS) upgrade, remote parameter setting, remote restart function, and flexible application.
●The collector adopts explosion-proof design, and the internal circuit board adopts industrial grade CPU, large capacity storage, and optoelectronic isolation design, ensuring the reliability and good anti-interference performance of the product, and adapting to various installation locations.
●The product adopts an integrated design, making installation convenient; The product shell adopts waterproof and dustproof design, suitable for various installation locations. The data collector can be directly integrated and assembled into our company's gas flow metering box, without the need for on-site construction, and to prevent malicious disassembly.
