Structure and working principle
This series of centrifuges is mainly composed of conical drum, spiral feeder, planetary differential, casing, and base components. The drum is horizontally installed on the machine base through the main bearing and connected to the differential housing through a connecting plate. The spiral feeder is installed concentric inside the drum through bearings and connected to the internal spline of the differential output shaft through external splines.
Under the drive of the motor, the drum drives the differential housing to rotate. Due to the variable speed effect of the differential, the screw feeder rotates in the same direction as the drum at a certain differential speed (leading or lagging). The suspension to be separated enters the material bin of the spiral feeder through the feeding tube, and after initial acceleration, it enters the drum through the outlet of the material bin. Due to the centrifugal force, the suspension in the drum quickly separates into two phases: the heavier solid phase settles on the outer layer of the drum. Under the action of the spiral pusher, the sediment and separation liquid move in opposite directions. The sediment is pushed to the cone section for further dehydration and discharged through the slag outlet, while the separation liquid is discharged from the large end overflow hole.


Structural features:

4. Heavy load, high transmission ratio cycloidal pinwheel, planetary gear or hydraulic differential can be selected;
5. A microcomputer control system that can automatically adjust differential speed and torque with changes in material concentration and flow rate;
6. The horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge with BD board can concentrate, dehydrate and separate difficult to separate materials from various ratios of primary sedimentation and activated sludge.
