The minimum model has a matching power of 5.5kw, the maximum model has a matching power of 30kw, the minimum model has a feeding port diameter of 10cm and a width of 18cm, the maximum model has a feeding port diameter of 25cm and a width of 25cm, and the minimum machine output can reach 500kg-1000kg per hour. The thickness of the shavings can be adjusted between 0.1-1.5. This product is available in large, medium, and small sizes for you to choose from.
Usage of wood shavings: The material of wood shavings is relatively soft and can be used for filling fragile items during transportation. It can also be used on pets, small pigs, cows, sheep, and various animal nests, making it a good choice. You can also make particleboard (plywood). The wood pressing device is driven by a cylinder to press the wood onto the platform, and the reciprocating motion device of the wood is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to move back and forth along the platform on a sliding table that is loaded with wood. The wood is then planed out by a planing knife. The wood planing machine uses a cylinder compression device and a hydraulic reciprocating motion device, which ensures uniform contact pressure between the wood and the planing knife, and uniform reciprocating speed of the wood. Therefore, it can process thin slices of wood with uniform thickness.
