ZL47F-16 self balancing valve is used in water systems that require flow control, especially for flow control of non corrosive liquid media such as heating and air conditioning. Adjust the system flow rate once before operation to automatically maintain it at the required set value.

The self balancing valve consists of two parts: an automatic regulating valve disc and a manual regulating valve disc. The working pressure of the system fluid is P1, and the front and rear pressures of the manually adjusted valve disc are P2 and P3, respectively. When manually adjusting the valve disc to the basic position, the "set flow rate" and corresponding fixed (P2-P3) values are manually determined. When the system flow rate increases, the automatic regulating valve disc will automatically close until the flow rate is maintained at the set flow rate, and vice versa.

1. Generally, self balancing valves should be designed and installed at the branch points, hot ports, and indoor risers of the pipeline network to improve system regulation performance.
2. The self balancing valve can be installed on the supply pipe or the return pipe. When the working pressure of the system fluid exceeds the allowable working pressure of the radiator, for safety reasons, a self balancing valve should be installed on the water supply pipe.
3. The maximum operating temperature is 100 ℃ and the nominal pressure is 1.6MPa. (Customization is required for temperatures above 100 ℃)
4. Applicable pressure difference range: 20-30KPa. When the operating pressure difference of the system exceeds 300KPa, measures should be taken to consume the excess pressure difference to prevent noise generation.
5. Choose a self operated balance valve with a diameter of DN15~DN25, and indicate the connection method.

Installation and debugging

1. Installation method: Both horizontal and vertical can be used;
2. During installation, pay attention to the water flow indicator arrow outside the valve body and follow the direction for installation;
3. Before installation, the debris inside the pipeline must be removed, and the pipeline must be flushed before water is supplied;
4. Flow regulation method:
(1) Connect the pressure measuring valve to the hose on the smart instrument;
(2) Release the valve stem of the pressure measuring small valve;
(3) Open the lock pin with the key to eject it from the lock body;
(4) Use an adjustable wrench to slowly rotate the valve stem clockwise; The flow gradually decreases and is displayed on the smart meter until it reaches the set value;
(5) Rotate the valve stem slightly left and right to align the numbers in the digital display window with the numbers in the window;
(6) Remove the key and push the locking pin into the lock body, at which point the opening has been locked.
