Product details
Air flotation experimental deviceClassified by common types
1. Horizontal flow pressurized dissolved air flotation device: The dissolved air method is pressurized jet (which is not easily blocked internally). This type of air flotation is widely used in China, with a relatively simple structure and easy on-site operation and installation. It is suitable for the pretreatment and partial subsequent treatment of various industrial and municipal wastewater.
2. Vertical flow pressurized dissolved air flotation device: The dissolved air method is pressurized jet, which is currently very rarely used in China. Due to its complex structure, high height, and difficult operation and maintenance, the vertical flow pressurized dissolved air flotation device has a greater reduction in effectiveness compared to the horizontal flow pressurized dissolved air flotation device, and only has an advantage in occupying space.
3. Efficient shallow air flotation device/super efficient shallow air flotation device: The dissolved air method is pressurized jet, and this type of air flotation is also widely used in China, especially in the paper industry. In recent years, other industries have also started to use it slowly. Due to its complex structure and relatively high technical content, there are not many good products in China at present (suitable for projects with large water volume, GF type dissolved air flotation is recommended for water volume below 100T/H).
4. Multiphase miscible air flotation device (also known as dissolved air pump air flotation): The dissolved air method is negative pressure suction before the pump. This type of air flotation is currently widely used in China. Due to its characteristics of not requiring an air compressor and pressure vessel (except for large air storage tanks), it can basically replace traditional forms of pressurized dissolved air flotation such as water pumps, air compressors, and dissolved air tanks. Generally, imported dissolved air pumps such as EDUR and Niconi are selected. The effectiveness and service life of domestic dissolved air pumps cannot be compared with those imported ones.
5. Vortex concave air flotation device: The air dissolution method involves high-speed rotation of the impeller and negative pressure suction to generate microbubbles. This type of air flotation is widely used in China, mainly in the pretreatment stage of oily wastewater, with good results.
6. Sequential air flotation device: The dissolved air method is vortex concave aeration+multiphase mixing (dissolved air pump). In fact, this type of air flotation has been used in China for a long time, that is, the combination of vortex concave air flotation and dissolved air flotation. It is widely used in the treatment of oily wastewater, but this combination has been promoted in recent years and is not a new technology.
7. Catalytic oxidation air flotation device: The gas dissolution method is catalytic oxidation tank+pressurized jet gas dissolution. This type of air flotation is rarely used in China and is mainly used for special wastewater with high concentration, COD and other difficult to treat conditions.
8. Multi stage air flotation device: The gas dissolution method is pressurized jet, which is also widely used. Its characteristics are small footprint, high processing capacity, and high impact load resistance.
9. Experimental air flotation device: mainly used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the feasibility of air flotation for various types of wastewater.
10. Micro air flotation device: mainly used for the treatment of wastewater with small water volume.
Process flow of air flotation experimental device
The water pump self regulating tank lifts the raw water to the reaction tank. The flocculant is added to the suction pipe (before the pump) and mixed with the impeller in the reaction tank for flocculation. The strength and reaction time of the reaction tank should be adjusted according to the different properties of the wastewater. After the reaction, the flocculated water enters the contact zone of the air flotation tank and mixes with the dissolved air phase released from the dissolved air release device. At this time, the flocs and microbubbles in the water collide and adhere to each other, forming gas carrying flocs that float up and undergo solid-liquid separation in the separation zone. The sludge that floats to the water surface is scraped by the scraper to the slag discharge tank and discharged. Clear water is collected by perforated water collection pipes and flows out from the collection tank. Part of the clean water is pressurized by the reflux pump and enters the dissolved air tank, where it comes into contact with compressed air from the air compressor to dissolve. Saturated dissolved water is transported from the bottom of the tank to the release device through pipelines.
