The working principle of the air flotation scraper is that after the sewage enters the air flotation tank, it first passes through the reaction zone, where small suspended particles are aggregated into larger particles through the application of chemicals. Then it enters the contact zone with dissolved air and water, where fine bubbles in the dissolved air attach to the surface of the suspended particles, forming flocs with a specific gravity lower than that of water. After entering the separation zone, they float to the surface and form waste residue. The scraper is located above the isolation zone and periodically scrapes the waste residue into the slag discharge tank through reciprocating motion to achieve sewage purification.
The air flotation scraper is a supporting equipment for the air flotation unit in wastewater treatment. It is specifically designed to remove oil, gum, and suspended solids from industrial and urban wastewater. The air flotation scraper can operate automatically. When it reaches the end point, it relies on the collision block to make the scraper plate fall, and at the same time, it automatically switches direction through the travel switch. The scraper starts to scrape the floating slag from one end of the pool to the other end of the pool. After returning to the starting point, the scraper relies on the guide plate on the pool wall to lift the scraper plate equipped with guide wheels. At the same time, it automatically changes direction through the travel switch to complete one scraping stroke.

Installation instructions for air flotation scraper:
1. The driving shaft and the driven shaft must be on the same parallel line. Install the driving shaft first, and then install the driven shaft.
2. The sprockets must be in the same straight line. When installing, first place the chain on the sprocket of the driving shaft, fix the driving shaft, and determine the installation of the driven shaft according to the length of the chain (the driven shaft can adjust the tightness of the chain). The chain sequence must be *, and the nylon interlocking blocks that fix the scraper must be aligned in both directions.
3. After the installation of the two shafts and chains, install the bracket joint.
4. After the installation of the joint is completed, install the scraper.
5. Install a stepless speed regulator according to the on-site situation and connect the steel chain.
6. All components have been installed, check the tightness and parallelism of each component, and conduct a power on test run.
7. The continuously variable speed controller must be powered on before starting to adjust the speed. The linear speed of the chain scraper (oil) machine is 5.16-25.8m/min (adjusted according to the on-site situation).
