5、 Sampling method
The sampling method for semi volatile organic compounds in flue gas is the same as that for smoke and dust.
Start the sampling pump to extract a certain volume of gas containing semi volatile organic compound pollutants. When the sample gas passes through the filter cartridge, the particulate semi volatile organic compound sample is trapped on the filter cartridge; After passing through the filter cartridge, the gaseous and vapor samples are heated and kept warm. When they reach the condensation chamber, they are instantly condensed. The vapor samples in the gas are condensed into water and collected in a water cup; After the gas enters the adsorption tank, the gaseous semi volatile organic compound sample is adsorbed by the adsorbent (PUF or KDD-2) in the adsorption tank, and the sampling is completed.
