Structure description:
XBD-DLFire pumpThe structure is a vertical multi-stage segmented structure, with bolts used to clamp and connect the inlet and outlet sections into one. Each stage of the pump is equipped with an impellerThe axial force of a guide vane and pump is solved by hydraulic balance method, and the residual axial force is borne by a ball bearing and lubricated with grease.The suction port of the pump unit is located below, and the outlet is located above. The relative position between the suction port and the outlet is assembled at 180 degrees when leaving the factory (the inlet and outlet are on the same axis)The outlet section can be rotated in four directions (0, 90, 180, 270, etc.) according to the actual situation during installation, and the installation position of the outlet can be adjusted by simply removing the tension bolt. The pump set can work with 2-3 water outlets simultaneously.
The main components of the XBD-DL fire pump set include: inlet section, middle section, outlet section, motor seat, motor, impeller, guide vanes, final guide vanes, shaft, and shaftSleeve, sealing ring, upper bearing, lower bearing, gear sleeve, etc. The shaft sleeve, upper and lower bearings, sealing ring, and impeller are vulnerable parts and should be replaced according to the degree of wear during maintenance.
Bearing: Adopting single row radial ball bearings.
Shaft seal: There are two structures available: soft packing or mechanical seal.
Transmission: Driven by a vertical electric motor through an elastic coupling. Looking down from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
