2、 Product Features
1. Beautiful appearance, easy installation, made into a square shape. Before installation, square holes are reserved on the wall according to different machine numbers. During installation, the fan is inserted into the wall hole from the outside of the wall, and rubber or cork is inserted between the shell and the wall.
2. The fan is equipped with an aluminum alloy rainproof vent on the outer wall side, which can prevent outdoor rainwater and natural wind from flowing back into the room.
3. The fan is equipped with a sound-absorbing shell and built-in sound-absorbing material. The square solid fluid is installed firmly, with low vibration, smooth operation, and low noise.
3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The cross is made of steel stamped and formed by hydraulic pressure, while the blades are made of aluminum alloy stamped and formed by hydraulic pressure. The blades are assembled and formed by riveting with the cross. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy has reached G4.6 level or above.
2. Wind duct: The shape of the wind duct is square, bent from high-quality Q235A Baosteel steel plate, with a porous inner layer filled with sound-absorbing material. The appearance of the air duct is beautiful and generous.
3. Aluminum alloy air outlet: Depending on different usage requirements, rainproof louver air outlets, fixed blade air outlets, or self hanging louver air outlets can be configured.
4. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6m/s.
