Scope of use
The cyclone sand removal tank system consists of XC cyclone sand removal tank equipment, air pump or sand pump, shaftless spiral sand water separator, gas pipeline, and sand extraction pipeline. The cyclone sand removal tank device includes a cyclone sand removal tank body, a working bridge, a transmission device, blades, and an air lift device.
There are currently two main ways to design cyclone sand removal tanks at home and abroad: one is the bell shaped sand removal tank, and the other is the Bi's sand removal tank. Our company can undertake both types of tank designs. The two types of pool body shapes are shown in the following figure:
Wastewater enters the cyclone sand removal tank at a certain flow rate, and the sand particles rotate 270 times along the cylindrical tank wall under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, accelerating and descending in a spiral line. They then slide down to the sand collection hopper through the tank wall with a certain slope. The separated sewage flows into the next process through the rotation of the propeller blades. The settling sand in the sand collection area is washed vigorously by an air pump or sand suction pump, and the organic matter on the surface of the sand particles is peeled off from the sand particles. The organic matter returns to the sewage, and the sand particles are lifted by an air pump (or sand pump) and separated by a sand water separator before being discharged, thus achieving the separation of sand particles from sewage.
