One Usage Overview
For use in factories, mines, universities, research institutions, and various laboratories for baking, sterilization, and constant temperature drying of general goods, but not suitable for volatile and flammable materials to prevent explosions. Its performance is achieved by converting heat energy through electric heating, allowing it to dry at a constant temperature. This series of electric constant temperature drying oven has a universal high working temperature of up to 500 ℃ Especially suitable for high-temperature drying and heat treatment experiments
II Product Structure Features
*The shell is made of thickened high-quality cold-rolled steel and surface high-temperature baked paint The appearance is flat and smooth
*The inner liner is made of high-quality stainless steel plates Can resist corrosion Not easy to rust The inner and outer shells are insulated with fiberglass, and the studio is equipped with movable partitions
*High temperature resistant stainless steel electric heating tubes are used as heating elements, which are distributed inside the working room
*Two layers of insulation are used between the gate and the box, and the material is woven asbestos rope. Universal maximum guarantee that the temperature inside the box is not affected by external airflow Long service life Easy to replace
*The insulation material of the box is made of high temperature resistant aluminum silicate cotton Effective insulation and prevention of heat loss, with good insulation performance and a surface that is not easily affected
*The fan is located on the lower side of the working room. During operation, air flows into the working room through the air inlet at the bottom of the box, is heated by the heating wire, and then flows into the working room through the air blowing device before being discharged through the air outlet at the top of the box
*By opening the size of the top air door of the box, the amount of air entering and exiting the box can be adjusted, and exhaust gas and moisture can be carried out.
*Adopting a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, the temperature setting and measurement are all displayed digitally, ensuring uniform, accurate, and reliable temperature control.
