1、 Product Introduction and Usage
This machine tool is a horizontal machining center with a moving column type (the machine head moves up and down, and the column moves back, forth, left, and right). The tool magazine adopts a 24 disc type tool magazine and is equipped with a CNC equally divided worktable. It can achieve one-time clamping of various complex parts such as boxes, shells, molds, etc., and complete various processes such as key, drilling, milling, expansion, hinge, tapping, etc.
2、 Main structural features
1. The main foundation components such as the base, workbench, column, crossbeam, sliding seat, and spindle box are made of HT300 cast iron, with a box type structure and a compact and reasonable symmetrical reinforcement structure to ensure the high rigidity and bending and shock absorption performance of the foundation components; The basic components are molded with resin sand and undergo sufficient aging treatment, providing a guarantee for the stability of the long-term performance of the machine tool.
