1、 Introduction and Application of XK850c CNC Milling Machine

It can achieve one-time clamping of various complex parts such as disks, plates, shells, camshafts, molds, etc., and complete various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, tapping, etc. It is suitable for the production of multiple varieties and small to medium batches of products, and can better demonstrate its superiority in the processing of complex and high-precision parts.

2、 Main structural characteristics of XK850c CNC milling machine

1. The main foundation components such as the base, slider, worktable, column, and spindle box are made of high rigidity cast iron structure, with reinforcing ribs distributed in a mesh structure inside to ensure the high rigidity and bending and shock absorption performance of the foundation components; The basic components are molded with resin sand and undergo aging treatment to ensure the stability of the long-term accuracy of the machine tool, providing a guarantee for the stability of the machine tool performance.
