XMCQY90A/XMCROIIUltra pure water machineIt is an integrated system designed by Youpu Company specifically for users who require different water quality applications in the northwest high hardness area. The system uses raw water as the inlet and can simultaneously produce deionized water and ultrapure water, while monitoring the water quality, temperature, and TOC indicators of the produced water. Two systems can be combined for operation or form a separate processing system. The installation of the machine can be achieved in two modes: ground combination and desktop packaging. The reverse osmosis system, silicon removal system, boron removal system, ultrafiltration system, microfiltration system, and TOC degradation system configured in the system can degrade the high hardness raw water (800PPM) in Northwest China into pure water with a conductivity of less than 2 µ S/cm, which is stored in the built-in water tank for user convenience. The conductivity of ultrapure water reaches 0.055 µ S/cm (resistance 18.2 M Ω· cm), and the TOC is controlled below 1 ppb. The quality of the produced water exceeds the Class I water quality standard of GB6682-2008 and the Class I water quality standard of GBT11446-1989.

1. The host consists of two systems, which can be operated in combination or independently, and can directly connect to tap water from high hardness areas

6. The system is equipped with two sets of pretreatment devices to effectively degrade calcium and magnesium ions in raw water.
7. The system is equipped with three conductivity meters to monitor water quality and temperature over time. And it has the function of monitoring and prompting consumables
