The XMCQY90A/XMCROIII ultrapure water machine is specially designed by Youpu Company for users who need different water quality applications. It takes raw water from high hardness areas in the northwest as the inlet and can simultaneously produce deionized water and ultrapure water in an integrated system. It also monitors the quality and temperature of the produced waterTOC index. Two systems can be combined for operation or form a separate processing system. The installation of the machine can be achieved in two modes: ground combination and desktop packaging. The reverse osmosis system, silicon removal system, boron removal system, ultrafiltration system, microfiltration system, and TOC degradation system configured in the system can degrade the high hardness raw water (800PPM) in Northwest China into pure water with a conductivity of less than 2 µ S/cm, which is stored in the built-in water tank for user convenience.

4. The system is configured with 5000 Dalton ultrafiltration, and the heat source can be reduced to 0.001EU/ml;
5. The system is equipped with silicon removal filters, boron removal purification columns, and fine purification columns, all of which are integrated injection molded vacuum sealed;
6. The system is equipped with two sets of pretreatment devices to effectively degrade calcium and magnesium ions in raw water;
7. The system is equipped with three conductivity meters to monitor water quality and temperature over time. And it has the function of monitoring and prompting consumables;
8. Outlet flow rate: 2.0 L/min, continuously adjustable;
9. The system comes with a 100L water tank made of PE material;
10. RS232 interface can be connected to a computer or dedicated printer to record water quality data (optional);
11. The system has the functions of excessive emissions, quantitative and qualitative water intake, and historical database query function for Chinese English conversion;
12. Built in noise of ultrapure water machine<40dBa pressure pump, the system can automatically turn on and off;
13. Through the European UnionCE certification.
