Hot air enters the bottom of the rotary flash dryer and forms a strong rotating wind field under the drive of the agitator. When the slurry enters the dryer through the spiral feeder, it is uniformly distributed under the action of impact force, friction force, and shear force. Then, by coming into contact with hot air, the material is quickly crushed, heated, and dried. Dry materials will flow upwards with the hot air flow. At the same time, large particles will be blocked by the grading ring, while small particles will be discharged from the center of the ring and recovered by the cyclone separator and dust collector. Unfinished or large materials are sent to the walls of the equipment by centrifugal force and are crushed and dried again before they fall to the bottom.

3. Special pneumatic sealing device and bearing cooling device effectively extend the service life of the transmission part;
4. The special air distribution device reduces equipment resistance and balances the wind speed inside the tower;
5. The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and swirl blades, and the material fineness and final moisture content can be adjusted and controlled;
6. The high circumferential gas velocity in the drying chamber results in a short residence time of the material, effectively preventing it from sticking to the wall and causing thermal sensitive materials to deteriorate.
