1. Sample rack:

The sample holder is integrally processed and formed, with a non assembled structure. The load rod, indenter, and needle are all made of iron nickel alloy material, and the thermal expansion coefficient below 300 ℃ is zero. The experimental data is true and accurate.(Key point, directly affecting the test results)

The sample support span is continuously adjustable from 52 to 110, which can be used as a standard sample or a non-standard sample.

2Heating medium box:

The heating medium box is made of 304 stainless steel, with excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance. The interlayer is filled with 20mm thick high-temperature resistant asbestos for insulation, which can greatly reduce the heat loss in the heating process.

The cooling pipe is made of 10mm diameter copper tube wrapped around it, with strong thermal conductivity. When combined with water cooling, it can quickly dissipate the heat in the fuel tank, achieving a rapid cooling effect.

3Electrical control system:

The electrical system of this machine adopts Taiwan's Delta PLC modular independent control system. Different product components can be interchangeable, with stable performance, high accuracy, and extremely low failure rate.
