The machine is equipped with a rolling bearing spindle at one end of the casing, which is driven by a motor through a belt drive to drive the spindle and the turbine fastened to the spindle to rotate at high speed. Make the grinding blocks on the turbine and screen ring form a reasonable and compact structure, so that the material can be tightly rubbed and strongly impacted in the rotating airflow for grinding, and then re ground in the gap between the blades and the grinding blocks. Installation and usage precautions for XWDJ turbine crusher
1. Refer to the installation diagram of the XWDJ turbine crusher series with a simple dust collector complete set of equipment for machine installation, and install it. Fortunately, add fixing devices at the foot positions of the main engine, fan, etc. (Can be used without reinforcement), sealing rubber gaskets or asbestos ropes must be added to the connection positions of each flange ring for sealing, and all screws must be tightened to ensure a tight connection of the entire equipment without tilting.
2. The electrical control cabinet should be installed in a convenient location for operators to observe and operate normally, and should be grounded.
3. After the installation of the machine is completed, a jog test run should be carried out, and the rotation direction should be in accordance with the machine rotation mark.
4. Before starting the machine, the spindle should be manually turned to check for any jamming or abnormal noise, and the machine should be promptly processed and eliminated before starting. The machine should be idle for a few minutes until everything is normal before adding materials.
5. Machines generally feed materials through a hopper. To ensure uniform feeding and avoid blockage, a device can be installed to adjust the feeding speed. If a reverse pressure automatic suction device is used, the operator should strictly control the feeding speed to ensure that the motor does not work beyond normal load. It is necessary to prevent material blockage in the suction tube. If there is blockage, it should be cleared and cleaned in a timely manner, and then work normally.
6. Generally, it is required that the particle size of the processed material be less than 12mm and the moisture content be less than 12%
7. To prevent iron from entering the machine and damaging parts, the materials should be strictly inspected to ensure that an iron suction device is installed before the feeding port.
8. After each crushing is completed, the machine door should be opened to check whether all sturdy connecting parts are loose or abnormally worn, and to promptly handle them properly. At the same time, the surface cleaner and the material adhered to the sieve should be cleaned.
9. The crushed material is discharged from the lower chamber of the casing and can be collected directly by a cloth bag or connected to an aggregate grading device for collection.
10. The machine determines the fineness of the crushed material based on the size of the sieve mesh. There are four 10mm fixing screws on the back of the main unit to fix the entire sieve piece. Rotate the four fixing screws, open the machine door, take out the entire sieve piece, replace the sieve on the sieve piece as it is, then fix the sieve piece as it is, close the machine door, and start working.
11. When ensuring normal use of the machine, lubricating grease should be added to the rolling bearings in a timely manner to prevent biting and damage.
12. If any vulnerable parts cannot function properly due to wear and tear, they must be replaced as they are in a timely manner.
13. If the machine malfunctions due to poor manufacturing quality within twelve months of leaving the factory and cannot be used under the condition that the user abides by the normal usage rules, it is responsible for three guarantees. Excluding vulnerable parts.
