The Xenon Lamp Climate Resistance Series Test Chamber uses a unique DC long arc xenon lamp as the light source to simulate and enhance the spectrum of sunlight reaching the ground. By appropriately controlling temperature, humidity, and water spray conditions, it is used to compare the outdoor climate resistance performance of different types or formulations of plastics, coatings, rubber, and wood materials. It can also be used for quality rating tests of known weather resistant materials.
