 Methane Non Methane Total Hydrocarbon AnalyzerAfter being filtered by the built-in filter, the samples are collected into the quantitative ring. The samples in the quantitative ring are sent to the chromatographic column for separation through the action of carrier gas. The separated components are then sequentially detected by the FID detector to obtain accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis results.

Working principle of methane non methane total hydrocarbon analyzer:

  

Using external standard calculation method, the results are accurate and reliable. The sample is sucked into the quantitative ring by the pump, and the switching valve allows the sample to enter the chromatographic column with the carrier gas. Methane and non methane hydrocarbons are separated. When methane flows out of the chromatographic column and enters the detector for detection, the switching valve allows the carrier gas to blow back into the chromatographic column, causing the hydrocarbon compounds (non methane total hydrocarbons) in the column to form a peak and blow back to the detector for detection. This instrument can achieve online multi-point monitoring according to user needs.
