    Single stage cantilever and two-stage cantilever:
    (1) The casing is mainly composed of the pump body and pump cover, which bear the thermal load caused by all working pressure and medium temperature. The two-stage cantilever pump has a stage partition to separate the two impellers.
    (2) The rotor components consist of an impeller, impeller nut, shaft, and shaft sleeve, which balance the axial force. A single-stage pump uses a balance hole on the impeller to relieve pressure, while a two-stage pump uses an impeller back-to-back device to achieve balance.
    (3) The bearing adopts rolling bearings, installed in the bracket, which provide support for the rotor and can withstand some axial forces. Bearings are lubricated with thin oil and can be cooled with water as needed.
    (4) Sealing part: replaceable sealing rings are installed on the pump body, pump cover, and impeller. At the inter stage partition, there are partition liners and inter stage liners, all of which use smaller radial clearances to reduce leakage. The shaft seal adopts standard mechanical seal.
    Two end specialized support type
    Two end support type, divided into two-stage single suction and two-stage double suction, its basic structure is the same as cantilever, the main difference is that the pump shaft passes through the impeller. Supported by bearings located in the bearing frames on both sides of the pump body, both ends of the pump shaft are equipped with mechanical seals.
    Multi level segmental design
    The multi-stage segmented first stage impeller is a single suction type. The two forms are basically the same.
    (1) The shell is mainly composed of the suction section, middle section, extrusion section, and guide vanes, which bear all the work and the heat load caused by the medium temperature; Fix each section with threaded bolts.
    (2) The rotor components are mainly composed of impellers, shafts, balance disks, and shaft sleeves. The axial force is balanced by the balance plate.
    (3) Bearing part: Use roller bearings. Lubricate with thin oil and cool with water. (4) Sealing section: on the suction section, middle section, and impeller. They are equipped with replaceable sealing rings, and there are guide vane liners and impeller sleeves between adjacent impellers. Maintain a small radial clearance. Reduce leakage; The shaft seal adopts standard mechanical seal.
    Pump and explosion-proof motor
    Pumps are generally equipped with explosion-proof motors and connected with extended elastic couplings; From the coupling end, the pump rotates counterclockwise (BY300-150 × 2 and SY500-150 × 2 models rotate clockwise). The material of the parts that come into contact with the medium and are affected by temperature in the pump. Refer to 4.<Main Parts Material List>for users to choose from. The inlet and outlet directions of the pump are both vertically upward.
    Mechanical seal part:
    The mechanical seals used in Y-shaped oil pumps are designed in accordance with JB1472-75 standards. If there are no special requirements from the user, 103 type single end unbalanced mechanical seals or 109 type single end balanced mechanical seals are used; Matching materials should be considered based on oil type. If there are any other special requirements, please specify them when placing an order.
