This fan is suitable for being equipped with an economizer (preheating device) and a smoke and dust removal device. It is an efficient and energy-saving product jointly designed by the fan energy-saving group of the former Ministry of Machinery Industry and promoted by the National Economic Commission and the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve, and wide high-efficiency zone. Industrial boilers with a capacity of 5-35 tons/hour can be selected, and those with similar inlet conditions and suitable performance can be used, but the maximum temperature should not exceed 250 ℃.
A dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan. This not only reduces the pollution of the flue gas to the environment, but also reduces the wear and tear of the fan caused by smoke and dust, which is beneficial for extending the life of the fan.
When the machine number is the same, the connection and installation dimensions of the two series of fans are the same.
This fan is a single suction type, with twelve machine numbers including No.4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, 16, etc.
This fan can be made into two types: clockwise rotation (right-handed) and counterclockwise rotation (left-handed).
The outlet position of this fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing. Regardless of the "left" or "right" cyclone machine, it can be made into six angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °
