The wide design and rigid column that can withstand heavy grinding adopt a double-layer wall structure.
Grinding wheel shaft
The cylindrical high-performance unit component grinding wheel shaft adopts ultra precision radial thrust roller bearings, with high torque and heavy-duty cutting resistance. It is sealed with durable grease and does not require maintenance.
Feed guide surface
Forward and backward guidance, V-V type structure expands the span, honeycomb hollow structure has strong deformation resistance, and constant and durable accuracy.
Front and rear feed handle
A reliable driving structure is composed of ball screws and high-precision hydraulic motors. Equipped with a safety mechanism to ensure that the manual handle cannot rotate during the automatic feeding process, and can be manually operated through a single operation of the handle.
Frame/Sliding Seat/Workbench
Fully maintaining the same amplitude of the frame and sliding seat frame, the extended part of the workbench is controlled to the minimum, achieving strong deformation resistance and full support.
Free fall automatic lubrication
The lubricating oil pushed onto the upper part of the column is automatically supplied to different directional surfaces according to the drop. The hydraulic system naturally maintains stability, and the thickness of the oil film on the guiding surface is also consistently uniform.
Dustproof/Waterproof/Drainage Measures
The moving cover under the grinding wheel head (following the up and down movement of the grinding wheel head to prevent the splashing of grinding fluid and grinding debris), as well as the dust cover on the front and rear guide surfaces, all withstand harsh usage conditions to protect various parts.
The workbench and drainage pipes have sufficient drainage capacity, even with a large amount of grinding oil, there is no problem.
