Product Specifications

1. The body, worktable, saddle, and base of this machine are all made of FCD-300 advanced castings, which have undergone relaxation annealing and seasonal treatment to balance internal stress and ensure the stability and durability of the machine tool.

2. The motor is directly integrated with the spindle, and the spindle adopts SKF-P4 grade precision roller bearings with high torque and heavy cutting resistance. Special spindle weight balance, achieving perfect forming grinding under high-speed forming

3. The Y-axis and Z-axis screws are imported from Taiwan and undergo heat treatment hardening before grinding the tooth gaps. The precision and service life are not generally comparable. Elevated and weighted workbench with strong rigidity, no deformation, and long-lasting durability
