YBS-The Φ - type swing screen is a technically mature, classic and universal inertial screening equipment. Structure and working principle

YBS-The Φ - type swing screen generally consists of the following parts:

Working principle
From the perspective of the motion trajectory of the vibrating body or screen box of the vibrating screen, the swinging screen, also known as the compound rotating screen, generates an inertial force that changes in a certain pattern around a fixed axis direction by the driving device of the swinging screen. Its essence is the centrifugal force formed by the eccentric mass rotating around the fixed axis. According to the structural characteristics and working principle of the swing screen, its screen surface is generally arranged horizontally or slightly inclined (with an inclination angle of 0 ° -5 °). The working principle of the swing screen is that after the screen machine is started, the vibrating body of the screen machine, namely the screen box, makes approximate circular motion under the action of vibration force. The screen box drives the screen surface to make periodic motion, so that the material on the screen surface moves in a directional jumping motion together with the screen box. During this process, the material smaller than the screen surface aperture falls to the lower layer and becomes the undersized material. The material larger than the screen surface aperture is continuously jumped and discharged from the discharge port, finally completing the screening work.
From the structure and working principle of the swing screen, it can be seen that the rotation direction of its exciter relative to the material direction has two situations: clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation. Therefore, in actual screening operations, we can make trade-offs between production capacity and screening efficiency based on specific situations and needs.
