The YC24D two position four-way solenoid valve is a zero start straight solenoid spool valve. In the working system, the electromagnet receives an electrical signal to drive the valve core to change direction, changing the direction of medium flow. After the electrical signal disappears, the valve core automatically resets by the spring, achieving the purpose of automatic control, and is equipped with an electric device. It has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, good sealing performance, vibration resistance, and long service life, and is particularly suitable for workplaces with harsh environmental conditions such as steel, casting, and sewage.

■ Purpose and principle

■ Installation and maintenance
1. The electromagnetic slide valve can be installed at any position.
2. During installation, P is the medium inlet, and "A" and "B" are the medium outlets,, O 'is the discharge outlet.
3. The connecting thread is G1/2 (or can be changed to M20 × 1.5 according to user requirements) as shown.
4. There should be no air leakage at the pipeline connection. Before installing the pipeline, dry compressed air should be used to blow away the dust and dirt inside the pipeline, and a filter with a mesh size greater than 100 should be installed in front of the valve.
5. Valve malfunction: Failure to reverse direction when powered on; Power outage without resetting; There are three types of leaks. Reason for malfunction: The coil may be burnt out or not firmly connected; The valve core is stuck; Spring damage, seal ring damage, etc. Troubleshooting: Replace the coil or reconnect it; Clean the valve core, replace the spring, and seal components.
