YD9810The type axis vibration transmitter is equipped with an eddy current sensor to form a system (note1),It can measure shaft vibration, runout, etc., and monitor the increase in vibration caused by rotor imbalance, misalignment, and loose parts. Mainly used to monitor the radial vibration of rotating machinery rotors, provide real-time total vibration of rotors, protect rotating machinery and output analog current, alarm, and shutdown signals, which can be easily connected withDCSThePLCSystem connection.

1Installation of transmitter

The transmitter can be fixed in two ways: rail fixing or screw fixing

Rail fixation:35mmStandard guide rail, simply insert the transmitter directly into the guide rail to fix it.

Screw fixation: open at an appropriate position on site4A hole, with an installation size of80x90mm,Aperture:4-q4.5mm.

35mmRail fixed transmitter

The transmitter can be installed in the control room or on-site. But if the on-site environment is harsh, it is recommended that the user install the transmitter in an explosion-proof installation box (note2)Alternatively, a guide rail installation can be used in the control room, and the terminal block on the transmitter can be directly pulled out. After fixing the cable, it can be inserted into the terminal block.

note2:In harsh on-site environments, users can order explosion-proof installation boxes from the manufacturer. When selecting an explosion-proof installation box, first fix the transmitter in the explosion-proof box, then position it in the appropriate position on site according to the installation size, and then fix the box body with screws.

2Installation of sensors

The installation of sensors includes the installation of the preamplifier (note3)For the installation of probes and extension cables, please refer to the subsequent section on eddy current sensors for specific installation requirements.

note3:If the transmitter has integrated a preamplifier function, there is no need to install a preamplifier;

After all the components are installed and fixed, the entire measurement system can be connected. Connect according to the wiring diagram.
